without prior written permission from Hoogerbrugge.com.
Errors
While Hoogerbrugge.com strives to provide accurate product and pricing
information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Hoogerbrugge.com
cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event
that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information
due to an error in pricing or product information, Hoogerbrugge.com
shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is mispriced,
Hoogerbrugge.com may, at its discretion, either contact you for instructions
or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and
availability are subject to change without notice.
Law
In case of construing pursuant to any terms and conditions
contained in this web site, the laws of the Netherlands shall be the
governing law for such construing.
Credit Card payment
For Credit Card payment you will be automatically forwarded to PayPal’s
website and do the payment there. When you have typed in your details
and placed the payment you will redirected to the Hoogerbrugge shop
and are notified of your order status.
Tax
Our pricing policy is to offer products and services at the same price to all customers, wherever they live. The tax rules are such that we have to pay VAT on purchases of physical goods or digital downloads made and delivered within the EU, (except for certain tax free areas, e.g. Jersey, Andorra etc), and for all purchases of the Inner Sanctum Subscription service, regardless of where customers live.
When we sell goods or services where tax applies, we charge the price displayed and pay the relevant tax to the Dutch government. So for example, if a shirt was priced at € 22,50, everyone gets charged € 22,50 but we pay the Dutch government tax based on 19% for this purchase for any orders delivered within the EU.
VAT is included.We do not refund VAT to non-EC customers for physical goods or digital downloads delivered outside the EC, because no VAT has been paid. However, if you are within the EC and require a VAT Invoice, please indicate it by remarks and we will send you the invoice.
According to Dutch tax law the following products are charged with 6%
tax:Silkscreens, 19%tax: Postcards and digital prints.
The buyer is responsable for any import tax and duties levied on the
products during entry into your relevant country.
Delivery
All items are shipped via TNT-post.
Usual delivery time should be 2 to 10 days depending on which country.
We dispatch your goods upon receipt of your payment either by credit
card or money order.
Undeliverable Packages
If packages are returned to us as undeliverable, when the carrier returns
an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund without shipping charges.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have
not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from
the estimated delivery date, please contact
us.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always
be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather
not wait.
Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied in any manner whatsoever with the products
shipped to you, please contact
us at within 10 days of receipt of the goods. Upon return of the products,
Hoogerbrugge.com will refund you the order total less shipping cost.
All refunds will be credited to the same account that was originally
charged. No other account will be credited for refunds (apart from original
account charged).
