Quinsy Gario wrote something about prostress on scienceofthetime.com that struck me. In the weekends the series called “La Grande Fête” is shown. A study of various characters that could be found. In contrast to the weekday illustrations these are aqaurelle paintings. The characters in this study aren’t witty or funny or absurd but seem to come from a different and far darker emotional depth. The weekends are for letting go and flowing free and zooming in on what needs to be contained within lines during the week. |
